anyone put some lite on this

I have intalled D7.0.7 on my host site here www.palsrock.org.uk but  when I log in to admin i have to resett my Modem / BT home hub this is what I get ...

The connection was reset
     
     
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
       
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

  If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

any one come across this befor please

 This has nothing to do with dolphin.  And it tells you what to do :)

ok but as just found out it is only the admin section that it happens with log in as a user its great.
