The correct way is to add/edit the keys from inside the Dolphin admin and then re-compile the language. This way it's saved in the file and in the database.

The issue started when i exported it to change "Spy" to "Notifications" Then re-uploaded it after that it was all down hill from there.

That file is not meant to be edited by hand.

You should use the languages section in admin and seach fro what you want to change and change it there.

To resolve the problem, make sure the file you tampered with is writable. Mode 777 for permissions.

Then go into the languages section and recompile the languages.
