auto activation for Videos?

hi again :)

how do i set "auto activation for Videos"?

i want when memmber uploaded videos then the videos will be active on the site without i as admin sould go to Administration and ratification the videos.

here my Administration videos Settings as is look like in pic - as you can see the "Enable auto-activation for files" is aet:

Admin/Modules/Flash Apps => Video Player => Settings

here the pic of it and it is looking ok, but seill cont get "auto activation for Videos" on my site:
