Still trying to figure this out. This member has created a new profile and still has the same trouble and errors. I am wondering if others are having trouble and just haven't said anything.
  Please help!

Since this is affecting only one member it makes sense that it some setting on his computer. We have had him update Java, create a new profile,  and add our site to allowed in his antivirus.  We are not sure what else to try.

He signed in using a test account that does work and still can not send or reply to mail within the site.
I know it is something on his computer, but have no idea where to tell him to look.

Okay, Here is what we know, please jump in if you have any suggestions.

I have XP.
Anti virus is Norton.
Looks like the firewall is part of Norton.
Internet is Hughes.
The windows firewall is off.
Turned Norton off and still could not send a message.
Still getting an error message when the page loads
