block Email from join

i get spammed daily by @163.com @yeah.net @yahoo.cn ETC

is there anyway i can block these email addresses from joining?

i already blocked chinas ip's and there still joining

How many registration aprox. you have daily?

I am asking becouse it seems that my problem is getting better since I changed china ip's. I can not remember what was original settings, but mine is now set to 127.0.0.156 , and now I have just a few spamer registration per week.

Have you tried looking at this thread?

It looks like this issue has been addressed a few times as Dolphin has evolved.  I am going to take a look at this code myself on my current installation.
