block foul words

how can i able to block foul words for all possible input fields in my site? if someone register in my site using foul words it will replace the foul words to asterisk(*). help

Sounds like you would almost need to have a directory of most common swear or obscene words and script that says, if a word is equal to this list, @#@###.  Failing this, you could always insert a clause in your terms that says something like:

If a member types a word that the administrator feels is obscene or too sexually explicit, this member will be sent a cautionary email.  If a member breaches this violation on three consecutive occasions, then this member will be banned for up to eight hours.

However, to police this method, you will need to appoint at least two moderators in additon to yourself.

so how would i able to know that someone post a foul words if there are already thousands of registered users?
