box tab and letter color/pic

I have been trying to change the color of the top of the box along with the color of the lettering and am about to just  poke my ****ing eyes out. I'm confused as to what firebug is telling me. see pic

Settings/Advanced Settings -> Template

Enable cache for CSS files -> switch this off when you edit your css files

then go to Admin home/Dashboard and Clean all your cache


go to your site, now you can see what you have changed
