captcha image not showing

Hi,

I am running 6.1.6 installed in a /subdir/ and I seem to have a lot of issues with links.. a lot of the links in navigation goes to a 404 page, the image for CAPTCHA does not show? is there anywhere in the setup where I need to give a full URL so that the software can link properly?

for the link errors going to 404 that is because you have permalinks set in admin. permalinks deliver a SEF URL, the reason you are getting the 404's is because your .htaccess is missing from the dolphin directory. may not have transferred up when you pushed your files.

as for captcha, during install it says you need GD Library, or ImageMagick, did it find either one of these installed on your machine where you are installing Dolphin?

Hi, DosDawg

.htaccess makes sense, why didn;t I think of that :)

As for libraries, at install I got greenlight for all items.. :( so I will try and work that one out..

Thanks for your reply!

Cheers
