changing domains - from testing to permanent

I submitted a ticket but it's been nearly a week and I've yet to get a response.  I licensed my Dolphin to a test domain so we could experiment with the software to make sure it worked for us.  So for I really like it.  We are ready now to open it up under the permanent domain.  How do I do this?

Click on the domain of the license in question and a new window should appear allowing you to reset the domain.
