changing template

Hi, i just changed my template, reset all my cookies and all. But when i turn of my computer and log on again, im back to my old template.

Whats wrong?

Can someone please help me with this?

Did you set the new template as the dolphin default template?

settings->advanced settings->templates

I seen a setting to allow members to change Templates, but can't find it now.

Do you know where that setting is?
