chat in pop up

Hi I am trying to put the Chat in a pop up rather than the main site, problem is I can't seem to find out where the link is.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to the Admin  --> Builders ---> Navigation Menu Builder -----> Chat (scroll over to the right to see it)

Click on the Chat button.  It will open up a screen.

System Name

Language Key

Default Name

URL

Target Window  ----> change the setting from SAME to NEW

Click on SAVE Changes 

The CHAT room will open up into a new window! Enjoy

is there anyway this can be set up so there is no address bar?  Like when editing the language.  I have attempted to follow the instructions that I found at http://www.boonex.com/trac/ray/wiki/RayIntegration but I can't make heads or tail of what I am supposed to do.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
