chat room visitors

hello if anyone can help me out here would be great. i have made some new memberships at my site like vip and things like that

now is there i way to stop visitors coming into my chat room as i only want members to be able to enter and  for some reason its allowing visitors in as well. but some of them are my members that say they have signed in but show as a visitor till they log out then back in . thanks for any info people may have on this .

Than click >>  Non-member

and you will see all Actions
