chat with friends online

hello, I need chat in my site in the same form to facebook, only with my friends when they are connected, because I install module chat and this have only chat rooms.

any idea to try in my site, help me plis

Thanks prolaznik, I install simple messenger but in my site don´t appear any option of messenger when I can see the installed module, you can explain me how it works? please

Edit: You should see a text box under a member's profile information.  Using that should spawn a simple messenger in the member menu.
