collapsable html blocks

Anyone know how to make it so a html block is collapsable?

Ideally so only the 'title' of the block shows at first, then the block 'opens' when the title is clicked.

I think I saw a mod that did something similair a while back but for profile page. Cant seem to find anything on this though...

the profile blocks come with that feature (it's not a mod).. anyways give me some time and i will do it for you  :)
