confirmation e-mails by users

Hello,

I have a problem with Dolphin, with the option of the confirmation e-mails by users. Mainly I mean is that emails do not always come to them and can not confirm his / her profile. Sometimes makes and sometimes not. Why is this happening? It's annoying. Please help

You sure the emails don't go to spam? Or perhaps they registered with a bogus email
