This means that the process executing this file was killed, for whatever reason. Without more information, little can be done to help you. I suggest you contact your web hosting provider, since they would most likely know more than any of us here.

Actually if you looked at your cron jobs and the frequency they are set to run at you will see that they are very consistent as to when each cron runs.  Still, to find the exact reason get with your host, they should have it like Magnasoft said.

Might be that your provider is auto terminating the process - cron.php can be a resource hog.

Are you on a shared hosting account?

Thanks guys; yes I'm on a shared server.

Thing is I have two seperate D7 installs on two seperate shared servers... both with the same company. The one site has never sent this type message,

The latest install, which is a very busy site, is where these erroes are coming from. I'm not too concerned...site still functions perfectly.

Looking back I started getting these after the JooSocial meebo bar install...

The only difference in setup is the older site without errors, no "Meebo Chat Bar."

The new site has the "Meebo Chat Bar;" whom all the site users "use."

My resource use is high for the new site, that is true. Perhaps today I will look further into this.

Mydatery, cron is set as recommended, they will come every minute when the site is busy, otherwise nothing during the night when the site is not active...

Points to all...
