cronjob problem ( plesk server)

I have a little problem,
Iam not good with cronjob in plesk.
You must  put the crones in server with ssh only i am a dummy in this.
Maby somebody will help me with this problem.
the file her on the site that must help with it will not work.

Hello, login in you site via SSH than :
write these commands :

1. crontab -e
2. Enter received cron jobs after installation
3. escape -> ctrl+q -> qw

finished!

I know  I have try this either.
When I try this crasht it :)
