crossdomain.xml links are broken

In my cpanel

Last 300 Error Log Messages in reverse order

[Wed Sep  3 00:19:14 2008] [error] [client ip address] File does not exist: /home/myhome/public_html/crossdomain.xml
[Wed Sep  3 00:19:14 2008] [error] [client ip address] File does not exist: /home/myhome/public_html/403.shtml

Maybe somebody know what is this file and who`s call?

Yes I would also like to know which file in the dolphin installation calls crossdomain.xml... or is it being called from elsewhere? and why?
