 Hi, Where have I to go for remove a ban to users? I've banned a user, now I want to remove ban to it..... and I suggest some features: -The admin when select to ban a user show a form where he can write a message (ex. why banned) and show it to the user (if it's blank don't show). -Time banned/Time kicked...select how much time a user should be banned or kicked, because with kick when a user reload chat he come in again. Hello You can unban chat users from chat admin panel. You should search for user for this and uncheck "Banned" checkbox. That will unban user. |

An admin need a list of banned user...if today I ban a user, and after 10 days I want to remove ban I don't remember nickname or ID, how can I find it? and User search need a LIKE criteria... and when admin open chat from site, open directly the chat for admin (with kick, ban etc), not the chat for "end users".. and a timed ban are a good features... I think can be opened a ticket and if staff don't have time put it to 7.1... |
