date picker js not work

in the join page datepicker not work so any one please help me for this.

thanks , but i have not missed any thing but at the join page after focus on date of birth text box calender is not display but script is called so please help me for this.

For some reason, when you set main navigation bar( home, members, chat, videos, music, blogs, forums...) to be not visible for visitors, the calendar will not be working/showing up and if new members dont hit the date format correctly, they won`t get listed...
