default language of site and user not loaded

Hi, i noticed that the default language you set up in admin is not working.

1) Every time you erase the cache of the browser it load the site in English.

2) when the site is loaded in other language than your language you selected the site load in the language that the site has. for ejemplo -> in your profile you have language is spanish and the site loaded English you log into your profile and the site loads in English not in Spanish as expected.

Can someon help me out with this please,

User's languages is changed in his profile from default one only when user manually changes language.

If you wish to have visitors browser's auto change the site to his language on index page, you need this mod

1)I mention this because in the admin part of the site you have the opcion to put the main language of the site and is put it in spanish and it's not respecting that part.

and if the user choses his language and clean his cache of his browser then the language isn't not repescted always get it in English.

Even in a new instalation it keeps this settings tryed it out with firefox, ie, chrome so i think this is a bug becasue nower in the code of boonex it's loading the language on profile loading.

2) the problem with the mod you present i looked in the descripcion it says it looks up the ip -> what about Belgium 3 languages how will you know what languages he speaks in special in Brussels were two languages are living site by site.
