delete comments in photos

many people want to delete comments that put you your photos,is there a way to enable this option for users?

anyone have this problem?

I think it's under admin/settings/advanced settings or somewhere in there.
There's a place that shows the different membership types. (Promotional, Standard, Guest). When you click on one of them you'll see everything that a member with that membership type can or can not do. These items are selected via checkmarks followed by either enabling or disabling them. To start out with I went ahead and used select all on all of the account types, thereby enabling everything. But then I went through each account type line by line, disabling whatever I wanted disabled for that particular membership. Hope this helps ...
