deleting the "install" folder

Should I delete the install folder of the modules? When I bought live video from rayz, it included a message that said it is important to remove the install folder of the module because it is not safe there.

Only for that module. Because the instructions said so. But that does not mean you should delete all modules install folders. And you should not.
