design box for browse by category

Does anyone know how to change the design box for browse by category in groups?

One way is through the database.  There are a couple of modules in the market that allow one to change the design box for a block; Deano's Block Tools is one and I think there is another by someone else.  You can also create custom design boxes if you wish.

Thanks but the browse pages of most modules are not in the database nor do they show up in the page builder
