disable create event for user

Hello this has probably been posted before but i cant find it anyway i want to disable/stop users from creating or adding events the reason is i charge for putting events on my site and need to take away the whole My Events part of the site and also the link for create event i want the user to have to conatct me to put an event on the site so therefore i can charge them for the event they want to promote if this is possible please let me know how to do it thank you.

Go to Admin Panel>Settings>Membership Levels and click the type of membership that you do NOT want creating events. This will bring up the "allowed/dis-allowed functions". Put a check mark in Create or Add event and then click disable.

also in the setting-advanced settings u should see Allow members to create events

just unclik that option
