dolphinbugfixing - problem with service

It was more than likely a manual service where the vendor tuned-up the server (no automated scripts or such sorcery). If you bought it in 2011, why are you only trying to make use of it now?

This vendor hasn't been online in over a year and has no listed market items. I don't think they're coming back.

Thanks for reply. I wanted to use, because service also guaranteed monitoring so it was not a one-time service. But well...is probably I must agree with the loss of this service.

I wouldn't use a third-party for monitoring in this manner. You should look into Pingdom or New Relic if you're worried about uptime or service availability.

 These guys are long gone.  I too paid for work and they have dropped off the planet with lots of excuses as to why their developers never got back to me.  Ugh...

That's a good place for him.  That guy used to drive me nuts because he use to post a free market product for every friggin little "Bug" he found in Dolphin.
