Hello

If the transaction for some reason wasn't processed automatically here then the seller can process it manually via Order Administration. When it's done the download link will be automatically opened. 

If seller says that the transaction was processed and he can see it in the Order Administration then you may ask him to cancel it and the process manually. It definitely should solve the downloading problem.
