edit profile not saving

I see this question a dozen times in the forums with no answer.

For some reason only some members can edit there profiles. Most click save and nothing at all happens, not even a screen change. And yes, all the fields needed are filled in.

This problem is even happening with deno's tools.

I found a suggestion to re-activate members in admin>members, check all, and activate. Did it, still nothing.

What level do you have the security settings set for Dolphin, it sounds like a classical PA is stopping the save.  To test if this is the case, go to Admin>Advanced Settings>Other and set both instances of Total Security Impact Threshold to -1.  Then see if the members still have a problem.

they have been set at 1 already. any other suggestions maybe?

barrydeez Did you set it to -1 as suggested (that's minus one)?

It must be set to -1 (that's a negative 1), if they are to 1 then that is your problem.  Set it to -1.
