 I can't find which file to edit in order to change the color of the links on the top of the page. It's the one with links, news, contact, about us... tried firebugging it, but it takes me to anchor.css and that doesn't seem to be it.
Also, where do I comment out the ones I don't want?

You had it right :) /dolphin/templates/tmpl_uni/css/anchor.css - around Line 34 find: a.menu_item_link, a.menu_item_link:link, a.menu_item_link:visited and change the colour to what you wish.
