editor in photos

Is there a way how I can use a html editor in the description box in pictures

If you want can it be done easily, the answer is no.  Easiest way is to do it after the upload in the pop-up editor; even then I had some of the tinymce plugins not working and had to remove the buttons from the toolbar (well, in that case I created a new toolbar just for that editor.
