email help

 We have a dolphin 7.0.7 website.
  This is the second member to have this trouble in over a year of the site being active.
He is unable to reply to or send a new internal email. It has us completely baffled and confused.
It seems logical that it would be something with his computer, but not sure what that could be. Everything else works fine for him.
He's using windows xp and have tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox.

He has even created a second profile, thinking that maybe something went wrong during signup, but still not working.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
