emty URL / not found on this server

Hi :)

First I have to say that I`m new to Dolphin, RAY and ORCA.

I have been using Joomla for soe years and wanted to try something new and they hinted me on to Dolphin.

Well, Installation is great, all working.  But in the blog, photogallery, look at user the platform only generates a url that is emty.

When clicking on user til se his/her profil i get this url: http:/www.mydomaine.com/test1 that gives me the error:

The requested URL /test1 was not found on this server.

The user is called test1

Get the same when i want to go to the gallery. I see the picture on frontpage, but get the same errorcode on the URL: http://www.festprat.com/photo/gallery/test1

Is there something I have forgot to generate?

Because it seems like there are many directoryes missing.

Please give me some hints on how to get this right...

Best

I am finding the same problem, the install was great.  We had an accident where all my dolphin install files were deleted. It was a mix up.  Anyway, all the files are back there and we have the same problem you are describing now, I get this:

The requested URL /mnt/stor1-wc1-dfw1/382309/417892/www.wggrn.com/web/content/profile.php was not found on this server.

When I try to go to a profile:

http://www.wggrn.com/danfinrud

Is there an .htaccess file that is buried someplace that was reinstalled that I need to overwrite with the main .htaccess or am I missing some code someplace?

Newbie to Dolphin but this platform is helping me realize my community goals

I figured this out. I had to uncheck all the permalinks boxes and I was able to get back into the profiles and all those places that I could not get into except the groups still do not work.

Is there another option besides orca for groups?

Your server is not compiled with mod_rewrite module or you don't have rewrite instructions in your Dolphin's root .htaccess file
