error in forum after update

Hi I am getting this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function getRow() on a non-object in /home/indiagco/public_html/inc/utils.inc.php on line 4

at http://indiag.com/forum/

I checked forum and seems like i am only one as of min..

 Also after a while I clicked it again, then forum opened but when clicked first post, got this error

Warning: mysql_error(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/indiagco/public_html/modules/boonex/forum/classes/en/BxDb.php on line 231
Could not connect to MySQL database. 
Did you properly edit inc/header.inc.php file ?
