 Not sure if this is a facebook app setting or the mod, but signing up an account through the facebook connect option on the b5 demo site, carryies over everything except the right email address. It creates an email address that is very long and seems to make no sense. |

The only way for it to work, is to have a step 2, where the user enters their email. I know I don't want a bunch of members on my site with invalid emails. This causes bounced emails on the server and no communication with the member. |

I agree with Lavinco - if this cannot send out email alerts properly then it is useless. I have removed it from my test site. As I said before, I would much rather Boonex had concentrated on OpenID - where we would have at least had the email address. |

OK, thank you for that information Alex - that kinda sucks. I thought OpenID would at least let you capture the email address. If what you are saying is true, then it is useless also. |
