failed to open stream: Forum and skin004

Forum and Template are fighting. When I click forum link in top nav I get this:

any assistance would be greatly appreciated....

Found the solution here.... make sure to read the entire thread... theres a typo in the first part of the solution..

also template 004 is not compatable with Dolphin 7.0.3
