ok. yet another GLITCH

when you hit the edit button to edit files information on D7.0.0

a pop up box comes up with an editor.

you can edit BUT CAN NOT SAVE! (this is on default config of D7.0.0

you get the following error

ULR: when saving: http://roaring.biz/modules/modules/?r=files/edit/1

error:

Not Found

The requested URL /modules/modules/ was not found on this server.

I am sure there are other pop up editor boxes that do the same thing.
