file folders are automatically disapproved

Hi there,

i have created a folder and placed some files in it. Now that i try to create another one, the folder is automatically disapproved and i can not find anywhere (front or admin) where to approve it.

Hopefully someone knows how to fix this.

to anyone else having the same problem. I had to manually update the database.
