folders "not found on server"

I recently setup a local install of Dolphin to get familar with it before launching my site. The install appeared to go well but there are areas that don't appear to be working. Whenever I click on the Photos, Video, Music, or Classified links I get a 404 Error.
e.g.

"The requested URL /Dolphin/photo/all/10/1 was not found on this server."

The tables appear to be in the database. I was able to upload a photo by going directly to the Photo>Upload Photo option. It shows up in the gallery previews, but if you click on the thumnail you get a 404.

Any thoughts as to what could be causing this or how it can be fixed?
