front page setting

How can i set the front page so that only members or friends can view the profiles ?

Do you say about Profile page or Front (Home) page?

- Each member can change privacy for his own profile page via Profile Edit page -> Privacy block.

- Also visibility of all blocks on all page builder based pages can be changed via  admin panel -> builders -> pages blocks.

Thank you.  What I meant is someone log on to the site, the home page came up and on that page anyone can view a member profile and see all there details and so on.  What I want to do is when anyone enter the home page they have to become a member before they can at least view a member profile.  How do I do this?
