By default Dolphin has Greeting in Actions block on view profile page. It's similar to Kiss in dating sites.

If you need a module to work with module real gifts then you may take a look at Gifts for Points and Global Points System. 

can i use your point system with the gifts up above... can we add gifts to the point system

Our Global Points System is integrated with our own Gifts for Points module by default. But if you want to use it with 3d paty gifts module you may contact me via internal mailbox and we would be able to discuss it.

The Ultimate Gifts mod is integrated with both my Points System and Credits System. So you can chose to use either Virtual Cash (in case of the Points) or Real Cash (in case of the Credits) to send Gifts. You can also optionally allow Gifts to be sent for Free.
