groups calendar - how to activate?

Is there a Groups Calendar feature in D7.02?

I know there is a great looking mod for Group calendars here http://www.boonex.com/unity/extensions/entry/Scheduler_for_Groups_module

but I am confused as to whether there is a built in Groups calendar functionality in D7.02 ?

In my page builder there is listed 'Groups Calendar'. But I dont see any menu items or available blocks to activate it.

Can anyone explain to me a way to give each group its own basic calendar without a mod?
