If you did what Deano suggested by re-uploading forum folder And then re-installing, -- then try clearing cache and cache_public manually via FTP (Do not delete any .htaccess file in them). If still an issue, see Deano's other post and see what your host has to say; ""Appears as if the server is not up to the requirements of dolphin.""
