Appears as if the server is not up to the requirements of dolphin.

http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/DolTech

Appears as if the xslt extension may not be installed.

There may be other issues as well. Go into your admin. Then to tools, then host tools. Make sure everything listed is up to proper requirements. If your running dolphin 7.0.8 all this should be under the audit tab.

Figures. You change your post after i responded.

Ok. Then you have what is needed. So there must be some damaged files. Reupload everything for the forums.

Just need to verify you did as i asked.

It appears here you reinstalled. What i asked you to do was reupload the files. What i mean by that is reupload all files in modules/boonex/forum from the origional zip file to the server over writing the current ones.

Did you do that?

If so, this problem will have to move on to someone else that may have an answer. Seems like your server is not processing xml files and i do not know why.

If you did what Deano suggested by re-uploading forum folder And then re-installing,  -- then try clearing cache and cache_public manually via FTP (Do not delete any .htaccess file in them).

If still an issue, see Deano's other post and see what your host has to say;

""Appears as if the server is not up to the requirements of dolphin.""
