help ray presence and shoutbox

hi guys iam new to dolphin and i installed it and got my site just how i wanted it. but than i had to move it to a diff dir and i erased it and reinstalled but now i noticed my shoutbox wont load chat or presence anyway to fix this? i didnt do anything different this time. ty
