help with this please

hi I need a little help. I'm getting a database query error after members sign up on my join.php.

After everything is put in and all information has been submitted I/they get a red box that says database query error but thats all it says It won't tell me where the error is. I went to cpanel to look for any errors on the site and the page has no errors given at all.

Is there a way to have more information on a database query error?

and i looked in the bug report e-mail and i don't have anything in there,..this is all i know is that someone can go to the site and go to the join page fill in all the info and then press submint then it goes to the database query error and thats it....

Hello!

U may look it only in Bug report email. Also u may enable showing of DB errors directly in ur site. Change in string

define( 'DB_FULL_DEBUG_MODE', false ); from file inc/classes/BxDolDb.php. Change false to true. In this case u will get possibility to see error directly after join.php.

Well good luck!

I have been fighting that issue for 2 weeks now!

So i talk to one of the agents, and they said it is a hosting problem, and of course the host says its a boonex problem,

I went back and forth now for a while, leaving tickets that takes 3-4 days before getting to it (after i remind them)

But it seems that all the developers are saying it is a hosting issue so we will see, when it gets fixed, i will post back
