help with uploading videos to my site

hello everyone,

i have been using boonex for about 2 months now and i continually have the same problem while trying to upload a video. it is ENABLED in the flash apps and everything is set correctly (as far as i know).

i go to upload a video and this is exactly what i do and what happens:

1. click add videos >>

2. create album and click save to continue to upload video >>

3. click on option: Embed >>

4. enter the youtube web address  :    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aSwkvYRQ4M

5. click continue >>

>>>>now as soon as i click continue a processing icon pops up on the middle of the screen as seen in the attached image and just sits there. i have let it run over night to see if it will go through but when i checked the next day it was still the same.

IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME ITS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!

My boss is hounding me because the vids are not up on our website

I've surrendered on getting video to work on my site for now.  Mine just says failed no matter what I try.

i can understand, i have tried to get in contact with Boonex about this as it is a boonex app but i get no response

I have also deleted all mention of videos on the site so that no one gets confused trying to upload them.  A little disappointing but hard to figure out where the issue is, my computer, my server, my server settings, dolphin, etc.
