How can I move my logo to the right of my site pages instead of the left where it is now?

The coding for the banner is in templates/base/css/general.css at div.sys_main_logo - you could play with the margins there and see if that works. Or you could upload a transparent spacer gif in the Admin panel then put your logo in as a banner in Admin>Tools>Banners using your site url as the url for the logo/banner, setting the alignment to the right and adjusting the shift to accommodate whatever size your banner is.
