You need to be in your dolphin root and navigate to /flash/global/app/

right click in the ffmpeg.exe file> select the permissions options and change to 755

This is just one way. it can be done via ftp or by going into your Cpanel if that is what you use, and use your file manger tool.

There are other ways, but lets see if either of these to ways make sense to you.

If your still lost, contact me through personal message and I'll walk you through

Thanks for that. I am using a Mac computer which, when I right clicked the file it I get the option to "get info", from there I chose read and write for permissoins instead of read only. I will upload it to the server and see what happens. I will post the results for future reference if anyone else hit's the same issue I have

No sorry that did not correct the problem. I can't PM you as I only have the free version for the moment. I wanted to try it out to see if it was what I was looking for as a membership section for The Bullet Project. www.bulletproject.com

Fixed the problem by right clicking the file in the FTP server in permissions I was able to change it to 755

Thanks for your help UnderDog4All
