how do i fix the mass mailer?

it is not putting a reciepent address on anything.  how do i fix this in d7?  brand new upgrade, but need this issue fixed.  thanks

Plz specify - it doesn't send mail from `sys_sbs_queue` table? Or it doesn't take email adresses to `sys_sbs_users`?

it doesn't put an address for recieptent on mail coming out of quese.  so all mail sent with the mass mailer ends up in my mailbox as a delivery failure.
