how do i make dolphin 7 templates???

how do i make dolphin 7 templates??? I have a template i like that i want to port over to Dolphin 7. This is not a Dolphin template,Its just html and css. How would i go about doing this?

I learned most of my (admittedly basic) template creation/editing from studying the default template that comes with Dolphin. I suppose that might be a good place to start.
