how do we increase the video upload size

1) how can we increase the max size of video uploaded?

2) I'm clicking the logout button but its not really loggin out...its still staying there...

3) if some one sends friend requests where do we accept that

Go into admin panel/plugins/Ray.  Once inside you can click on the appropriate media and then select tools to increase or decrease data information.
